Try Zelnis on 20 of your own past inquiries.

In short

You send 20 to 30 inquiries from last month. We show what would have been drafted beside what actually went out, including where it got things wrong. You keep the findings either way.

1

What you send.

  • 20 to 30 inquiries from one recent month, with your replies.
  • Your line card, in any format.
  • Two conversations of about 40 minutes, usually your product expert and your inside sales lead.
  • Customer names can be coded, and price lists left out.
2

What you get back.

  • Every inquiry side by side, including misses.
  • The leaks ranked by cost.
  • Which inquiries a workflow should handle, and which it shouldn’t.
  • The first fix and its price.
  • The margin at stake if nothing changes.
3

What it asks of you.

  • About two hours gathering inquiries, the two conversations, and a one hour walkthrough.
  • The fee is agreed after a first call, and it’s credited in full if you build with us.
  • Everything is under an NDA, uploaded securely, and never sent to customers or the manufacturers you represent. If you don’t go ahead, it’s deleted within 30 days.
4

After the test.

If it’s worth building, a trial runs on live inquiries with your team approving every reply. Then it becomes a standing order: run monthly and widened once it’s proved itself. If it isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you.

5

Questions.

Does Zelnis need our ERP or inbox?

Not for the test. Exports and forwarded inquiries are enough.

Will it ever touch our safety documents?

No. They go out exactly as the manufacturer issued them.

How often will it get a match wrong?

That's what the test measures. The report shows misses as well as hits.
