Who is responsible for your data

Lunar Leap Technologies LLP, Mumbai, India, which runs Zelnis at zelnis.com.

What we collect

• The form: only what you type into it. That is your name, work email, company and country, plus any optional answers you give: how many manufacturers you represent, what you sell, and the numbers from the "Who it's for" check if you choose to send them.
• Not collected: we don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
• The inbox demo and the check: both run only in your browser. Nothing you click or type there is sent to us unless you submit the form.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange a conversation, and handle any privacy or legal request you make. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything else without asking you.

Where it's stored

Form entries are stored with our hosting provider and delivered to our internal business mailbox. Our hosting provider may store data outside your country. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Business records you share with us later

If you later share past inquiries, product lists or other business records for a test, that happens under a separate confidentiality agreement. Those records are:

• uploaded through a secure link
• never sent to your customers or the manufacturers you represent
• deleted within 30 days if we don't go ahead together

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

• see what we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• object to how we use it
• withdraw consent

This includes your rights under the EU and UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To use any of these rights, send the form at zelnis.com/try with "Privacy or legal request" selected. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, if any. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
